This might be the word that's most referenced in the other books here, and with good reason. Makes you realize that the darkest times are only as dark as your attitude. I know its easier said than done, but Frankl is a living proof how to do it. A different, but equally heart wrenching, companion piece to Life Is Beautiful (1997).
